Below are our course booking Terms and Conditions
Until we receive your deposit all bookings are treated as provisional and will be held for 7 days. Please note that all deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. The balance is due two weeks before the workshop begins, and is non-returnable in the case of cancellation.
Arrival time information is on individual course information and will also be included on your booking information.
Late arrivals and absences
We regret that reductions or reimbursements cannot be made in respect of late arrival, early departure or absence during any part of the course.
The evening meal is served at 6pm, unless other arrangements have been made for a particular course. If your course includes dinner and you are going to be late arriving, please contact us as soon as possible, as we can usually put plates aside. Guests are asked to arrive no later than 9pm, however, as we do not tend to be on duty any later than that.
Balance of fees
We will send you a confirmation of booking on receipt of your deposit. Balance of fees is due two weeks before the start of the course. If the balance is not received by then, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation, in which case normal cancellation terms will apply. Please notify us if you anticipate late payment.
Funding permitting, concessions are usually available for those on low incomes, such as those in receipt of Housing Benefit, Jobseekers Allowance, Income Support or Tax Credits. Please note that evidence of status will be required on application. If you are unsure of your eligibility, please contact us. All applications will be treated in the strictest of confidence.
If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us in writing as soon as possible. Cancellation is effective from the date of receiving written notification. If cancellation is made less than one month prior to the start of the course, whether deliberately or by default, then the balance of fees is due in full. This condition is accepted when booking is confirmed. Balance may be transferred to another course within one year of cancellation if notification is received more than one month prior to the course start date.
Monkton Wyld Court reserves the right to postpone or cancel a course or change a course leader in the event of illness or for any other reason. We will refund or transfer any deposits or balances paid in accordance with the wishes of the client. The decision to cancel will normally be taken no less than one week prior to the course start date.
Monkton Wyld Court reserves the right to refuse a booking without stating a reason.
