2020 has had a huge impact on us all. We have all been through a lot, learnt a lot and appreciated the things we have lost. Looking to the future and making plans with hope in our hearts, can be uplifting for our present moment.
‘Life Balance Weekend’ provides a structured schedule to reflect and review all aspects of life; work, relationships, health, creativity, well-being and to take time to evaluate what you really want and how to reset and maintain balance in ways that are healthy and sustainable.
During the taught sessions you will be guided by Marina into a happier, healthier body, breath and mind-space which provide the ground for the inspiring creative sessions. Creative sessions may involve words, crafts, movement and play. Marina will also advise on simple methods and take-aways to support your continued progress beyond the weekend.
The full and varied weekend programme will include taught sessions, free time for your self and time for walking, reading, resting and sharing with others.
