Yoga Retreat with Lisa Christensen
13th – 18th September

Join us for a truly relaxing and revitalising yoga retreat. This retreat is carefully designed to refresh your mind, body and spirit.
Every day we will practice yoga in the morning before breakfast and again in the evening before dinner. The morning practice will be energising and strengthening and the evening practice will be restorative and relaxing. All yoga sessions are optional.
I have a deep love of yoga. For me, yoga is to love yourself and to allow us to be who we really are.
Let’s get together to rest, reflect, restore, heal, explore, breathe, relax, nurture and laugh.
£450 – includes accommodation and meals.

Living a healthy, resilient, harmonious life in a challenging world – practical ways of getting there and maintaining it.
The chances are you are, or have been, dealing with physical, mental and emotional health problems. Lots of research suggests that people aren’t dealing well with the stresses and strains of modern life.
Solutions exist but they can feel too complicated or take too much time to put them into everyday practice. So, things begin to back up and more problems pile up.
In this course you will learn some practical and simple ways of being healthy and sustaining it. They will be things you can do in a few minutes each day and/or in the moment when you are facing challenges.
The heart of what we teach are energy skills (the missing link in many health systems). Energy skill approaches have always had good health and resilience as their essence. So in this course we will be looking at the best ways of developing those skills and implementing them given today’s challenges.
Despite what we teach having been around for centuries we like to keep up with modern research. During the course we will:
Share some of the latest health and resilience research.
Show how energy skills relate to this understanding.
Explain and demonstrate simple things you can do to improve your health and resilience.
We won’t give you lots of complicated understanding or routines that you can’t remember. The focus of the course is to help you feel comfortable you are doing the minimum necessary to be and remain healthy.
